An experienced Resourcing and On-boarding Officer is required to support the recruitment and wider people function within the organisation, ensuring excellent candidate experience and compliance.
This is a full time, temporary position working Monday to Friday
Duties

To provide advice and guidance on recruitment processes to managers and candidates

Ensure all records and systems are updated accurately and documents saved

Undertake all necessary pre-employment checks including DBS checks

Ensure new starter probationary periods are processed in a timely way

Organise induction programmes

Assist with recruitment tasks including candiate journey, advertising vacancies , uploading data onto ATS system, query management and reporting

Maintain confidentiality and security of information within Data Protection GDPR legislation
Experience
-
An understanding of how to use different software and channels (e.g. social media) for advertisement and recruitment purposes

Good understanding of recruitment procedures

Good understanding of right to work requirements

Generalist HR experience or experience working within a recruitment role

Excellent understanding and commitment to the practice of Diversity and Inclusion within recruitment

Experience of maintaining accurate records using various IT systems including MS Office Packages and ATS/ HRIS
