My Client is seeking an Admin Assistant will be to keep the in house and client systems up to date
The successful Admin Assistant will be dealing with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are kept.
Your main duties will be:
Ensuring all client instructions are logged
Dealing with incoming calls and emails
Allocation of jobs to engineers and sub-contractors
Recording all communication and arrangements on our in-house system along with client portals
Chasing for updates and paperwork
Liaise directly with the client, engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are booked in and completed on time.
Essential Experience
Comfortable and professional on calls and emails
Use of PC's and able to update CRM systems
Flexible and adaptable at any given moment, and able to work to timescales.
Organised with effective time management and ability to multitask
Work well as part of a team
Previous administration experience for at least 1 year
