Job Summary:
ThreeSixty Talent is looking for a versatile Sales & Marketing Executive. Ideally you will have experience in graphic design, campaign creation and management, content creation and the running od social media channels. You will also support internal sales teams with a wide range of admin tasks, helping to prepare presentations, contracts prep etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Assist in preparing and formatting sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

Support with sales contract preparation, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Coordinate and manage the distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral.

Support on performance tracking including monitoring and reporting of sales pipeline.
Marketing Support:

Work with the marketing team to design and create attractive marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns.

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Support with creation of partner marketing campaigns.
Graphic Design:

Use graphic design skills to create high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity for both print and digital media.

Ensure consistency and accuracy in all graphic design work, adhering to brand guidelines.
Social Media and Campaign Creation:

Support on developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create and manage partner channel social media content calendars.

Support with planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, and analyse performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales administration and marketing support.

Graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

Experience in managing social media platforms and creating marketing campaigns.

Excellent organisational, multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
