They have consistently focused on innovation, particularly in the Internet of Things (IoT), developing new methodologies and enhancing existing ones to reduce water risk through advanced technology.
Their cutting-edge technology division works with leading blue-chip organizations across the UK to digitise legionella control programs. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in producing and optimising digital content across multiple channels. From creating compelling social media posts to crafting engaging blog articles and developing captivating videos and campaigns, you’ll have the chance to showcase your creativity and storytelling abilities. You’ll be instrumental in effectively communicating the brand message to the target audience and driving the company’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration, development, and management of the company’s website, CRM system, and other related sales channels.
Liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure that content and marketing materials are current, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and PPC campaigns, including setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
Optimise marketing and campaign performance through various analytics tools.
Communicate key information related to digital products to non-digital marketing colleagues, ensuring they are up-to-date with any changes.
Create brochures and supplementary materials to enhance online products.
Develop and manage social media campaigns, creating relevant content for all company social platforms and the intranet.
Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings to provide marketing updates, report on campaign performance, and discuss new initiatives.
Assist in developing marketing strategies for the overall business.
Attend conferences, product launches, and networking events as required.
Produce effective PowerPoint slides and videos for use in conferences and sales presentations.
Support general sales activities within the company.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by management.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a creative team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or a CIM qualification (Level 4 or higher).
Previous experience as a B2B marketing executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Experience in creating and managing digital campaigns.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience in the administration, development, and management of websites, CRM systems, and other sales channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
Familiarity with design software like Adobe Design Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) or similar alternatives.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Elementor builder), Canva, and CRM tools (preferably Zoho).
Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
