We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within Recruitment to join a care provider in Yeovil. You don’t have to have had Recruitment within your job title, providing that you can demonstrate it has been a key part of a previous role.
As part of this position you will source, select and build a pool of candidates and deliver an end to end recruitment service. You will need to manage all aspects of recruitment and ensure that you are compliant.
This can involve the use of social media to develop recruitment campaigns, as well as attending events such as job fairs.
You will need to understand the candidate screening and selection process and use your knowledge of how to attract candidates
through a variety of different methods. You will need to be a confident communicator and have a good working knowledge of IT.
This position is based in Yeovil and is working Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00. The position pays £24,000 - £28,000 PA. There is no commission, as this role does not involve any sales
