Payroll and Accounts Executive

Salary £35k (Depending on experience)
A Payroll & Accounts Specialist required to join a busy team in Dudley. In this role you will be joining a well established business that has been in the industry for over 40 years. You will play a vital role in processing the weekly payroll and assisting with day-to-day duties in the account's office.
Duties will include:
Weekly payroll for 200 employees
Managing holiday entitlement
Recording employee absences
General accounts office duties, including:
Handle queries from suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Provide general administrative support
Working closely with other departments
Inputting & scanning invoices
Opening new accounts & confirming bank details
Reconcile customer & supplier accounts
Checking & controlling daily e-mails
Data entry of purchase invoices on a bespoke system
Checking invoicesThe Ideal Candidate:
Experience with Sage 50 Payroll is essential (preferably 10+ years)
Experience within a similar role is essential
Good working knowledge of credit control and purchase ledger
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work off own initiativeWorking Hours:
8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
8:00am - 3:30pm Friday
