Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crewe
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
Acorn by Syngergie has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the customers, providing top-notch service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
Keep up to date with company products, services and policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
