Helpdesk Technician
My client, an MSP / IT Solutions firm based in Leamington Spa are looking for a Helpdesk Technician professional to join their technical team.
In the role you would be supporting their clients across the UK on a range of issues including Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Network Troubleshooting, Office 365, and Computer Hardware. The role does also include occasional site visits in the local area therefore, you will need a driving license.
Responsibilities:
Supporting a client base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
Providing technical support for desktop and infrastructure
Escalating issues to senior members of the support team
Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising
Skills required:
Windows OS
Office 365
Windows server
Active Directory
Group Policy
Computer hardware
Network Troubleshooting
