Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our existing team in the S66 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Support other departments as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the industrial sector.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Hours and Compensation:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Flexible start time.
-
£12.00 per hour (PAYE), equating to a weekly wage of £480.
