They are excited to recruit an R&M Analytics & Improvement Manager to support the front-line teams by providing day to day performance reporting and data analytics to the Managers within the Maintenance Team and the wider business as required.
What you'll be doing
In this role you will be responsible for the Repairs, Voids Electrical and Gas teams’ performance reporting including monthly, weekly, end-of-period and ad-hoc reports including live and retrospective reporting.
You will provide trend analysis on areas for development to improve the customer experience on services provided through the Repairs & Maintenance Team.
Providing support to Operational Managers you will assist in the development of annual budgets using the data available to forecast demand and be responsible for the proactive development of reporting to further create efficiencies within the Repairs & Maintenance Team’s frontline services.
More about you. What can you bring?
You will ideally have recognised qualification relating to data management & analysis.
They are looking for someone with experience of working with customer services and administration teams in the implementation and development of systems and processes. You will therefore need experience of audit processes and have previously implemented service charges, payments, invoicing, purchase orders and payment systems.
Experience in performance information gathering, reporting and analysis is also required along with experience of using performance reporting software and / or online systems.
You will have good working knowledge of repairs and maintenance, and have excellent relationship and people management skills with the ability to work with people in various teams across a diverse business
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 40 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £50,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
