Pay rate - £12.50/hr - £24,300K
Working for the fabulous, large, ‘family feel’, company, Great Rail Journeys in York City Centre we are looking for a flexible and confident Flights Administrator to join an engaging and detail orientated team who have a great work ethic and sense of humour!
Working within the Rail & Flights Transport team you will responsible for communicating with all suppliers, tour managers and internal departments in an effective and efficient manner to ensure the products and services requested by their customers are delivered at the highest standard.
The Flights Administrator will be:

Ensuring all flights, both adhoc. and groups are booked and loaded in a timely and efficient manner.

Ad-hoc flight requests are completed

Processing all customer information, compliant with GDPR.

Wider support for the transport team

Monitoring ticket deadlines and customer e-tickets
In addition to the above, the Flights Administrator will have following:

Strong attention to detail & numeracy skills.

Good level of analytical ability.

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Good verbal and written communication skills; confidence and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders at various levels.

Excellent IT skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
