Commercial Manager for Fit out and refurbishment Main Contractor
About the role of Commercial Manager
A specialist Main Contractor is currently seeking a Commercial Manager who is career minded, experienced at commercially leading their own projects up to £30m and managing multiple projects at a time over various stages of complete. You will be required to work on projects from PCSA and 2 stage tender. You will be responsible for managing packages, clients, CVRS, mentoring junior members of the team and managing the commercial process.

The company are looking for a candidate with experience with another Main contractor. Someone who is motivated and keen to join a business as an integral member of the commercial team and lead the commercial success of your own projects and other individuals.
Responsibility for commercial management of projects
Managing teams including individuals growth and training
Interface with internal and external clients and their professional teams
Dispute resolution with clients and supply chain
Ability to work independently
Experienced with 2-stage tender, PCSA and procurementThe company:

With average project values from £5m-£20m including CAT A and CAT B refurbishments. With sustainability in mind, they focus on the supply chain and projects to work at Net Zero with 90% of projects across London boroughs.
