Due to further business expansion, our client are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the business.
Responsibilities

The role will involve preparation and maintenance of client files, research and preparation of recommendations as well as ongoing reviews, in line with company policy.

Interaction with clients.

Undertake product and investment research.

Liaise with product providers and third parties to acquire information.

Use analytical software to review client's existing plans.

Obtain illustrations.
-
Update model portfolios on investment platforms.

Prepare clear, technically accurate and compliant suitability reports.

Prepare client reviews.
-
Prepare and maintain detailed compliant client files and records within agreed CRM system.

Record any client communication (written, oral or electronic).

Full time, office based role.
Candidate
-
Previous experience working within Financial Services is essential, applicants that do not hold previous Financial Services experience will not be considered due to the nature of the work.

Experience within pensions and investments beneficial however, not essential.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.

The ability to source, analyse and summarise information.

Be meticulous and analytical, with a high attention to detail.
