In the role of Field Operations Ventilation Manager your duties will include:
- Analysing operations and staff performance – nationwide.
- Oversee warehouse and fleet management
- Liaising with different departments to develop improvement strategies and constantly strive for Operational Excellence
- Developing and implementing various quality control methods
- Scheduling training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members.
- Setting targets and business goals and working alongside the team to achieve these
- Providing guidance and mentoring to field staff.
- Ensuring all processes are compliant with the relevant company employment rules, procedures, and regulations.
- Dealing with customer complaints in association with field staff or delivery
- Reviewing and producing H&S policies
- Customer relations and problem solving
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way, within budget
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Recruitment of field staff, on boarding and day to day management
- Staff performance management, including disciplinary procedures
- Proactively develop ways to increase quality of customer service
- Supporting development and introduction of new field services and products
To be successful in the role of Field Operations Ventilation Manager you will need:
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Excellent interpersonal communication
Report writing skills
Be confident, positive, proactive, and self-aware
Have the ability to lead and motivate a dispersed operational field team
A strong eye for detail
Good health and safety awareness
Have the ability to manage several different projects, problem solve and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Experience budgeting and forecasting of people resources
Leadership ability
NEBOSH or equivalent
Strong understanding of industry guidelines and regulations – i.e., TR19 Grease/Air &
HSG274
The role is nationwide and therefore you may be required to stayaway to fulfil duties. Some of the role may require visiting customer sites at night or during unsocial hours.
