Requirements for the role of Technical Account Manager:
Candidates should have several years of experience working for an MSP/VAR – having previously sold either managed services or hardware with a track record of work winning. You should be happy undertaking new business duties and be confident getting on the phone.
Should you be successful in your application for the role of Technical Account manager, you’ll find yourself undertaking a variety of duties including:
Lead generation / cold calling / new business development.
Working with marketing teams to promote the business.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing accounts.
Developing vendor knowledge on a regular basis.
Consistently meet monthly, quarterly & annual GP targets. The successful Account Manager will join a well-established leader in the IT Solutions field!
