Reporting to the Customer Improvement Team Lead, the Customer Administrator will collate and process a range of requests relating to the storage and use of personal data, in line with the UK Data Protection Act. As well as other Data Admin priorities such as processing orders and escalating with 3rd party suppliers. They will also speak to customers to ensure orders flow efficiently through our systems by confirming information and updating records.
A key part of the role is providing excellent customer service and taking ownership for communicating both internal and external stakeholder in line with the service level agreements
Note: This role is part time 20 hours per week - salary is £23,000 to £25,000 pro rata per annum.

Experienced administrator
Proficient in Microsoft programmes.
Previous use of a CRM - desirable
Awareness of GDPR
Awareness of Data Protection Principles
Good communication skills
Experience within a customer service setting - desirable
