Advantage are currently looking for a Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor to work with one of our clients, based in the Leeds area. This is a Temporary role with a view of going permanent after 12 weeks, for the right candidate.
Duties

Responsibility for planning the most economical routes for UK journeys, and schedules of full time and Agency delivery drivers.

Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with UK vehicle safety regulations.

Responsible for drivers and ensuring effective planning of deliveries to avoid any waiting time.

Planning loads for dispatch to Customers and clients sites

Organise collection of goods from Customers sites as and when requested.

Delivering / collection of goods as and when requested
-
Ensuring delivery times, dates and customer requirements are met.

Booking in bought in goods and advising QA for final inspection.

Hours
The hours will be 06:00 – 15:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid break
Salary is negotiable and will be discussed at interview stage (DOE)
