Accounts Assistant
Up to £27,000 + Hybrid Working

Elevation Recruitment Accountancy & Finance are searching for an Accounts Assistant to join a well established SME business based in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices efficiently and accurately
Address and resolve both internal and external inquiries
Perform supplier account reconciliations
Provide support with sales ledger tasks
Assist with payroll functions
Offer assistance to the AP/AR Manager and the broader finance team as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
Prior experience in a purchase ledger role
Proficient in invoice processing
Familiar with GRN/GRNI reconciliation procedures
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to prioritise and handle heavy workloads effectively
Strong communication skills
Capability to identify and suggest process improvements
