Full time, Monday To Friday 9-5 | Permanent | Office Based
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join a well established and successful team based in Lenton, NG7. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, and be extremely dynamic as this is a crucial role for the business
You must also be available for an out of hours phone for 1 week per month. On average, the calls will range from 2-5 per week. More information on this will be given. Bonus value is £1,860 per year.
What we're looking for:

The finer elements of the role include:
- Completing administrative tasks surrounding the sales process – electronic file logging, emailing third parties and post-sales booking confirmation calls
- Managing a central email inbox and dealing with / allocating incoming emails
- Answering the central telephone line and assisting the client as required
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and maintain a smooth running of the service
- Problem resolution and dealing with clients
- Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
- Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations
- Customer Service advice
