As a HR Advisor, you will report into and work closely with the Head of HR supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function and supporting the wider HR Team. This includes managing the employee life cycle, supporting with Employee Relations issues and building relationship with key stakeholders.
As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and coaching managers on ER related issues including disciplinaries, investigations and performance management
Supporting with recruitment and selection
Conduct the first day HR induction for new starters
Leading on project work such as TUPE in and out
Support and coach Managers and Supervisors with completing the annual appraisal process and support staff with completion of the process in partner departments
Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
Managing the full employee life cycle
