An exciting opportunity has become available for a HR Advisor to join a passionate HR team on a fixed term basis for 9 months. The successful candidate will be supporting the People Manager with various ER cases, employment law and people related processes and procedures. They will be passionate about Employee engagement and Learning and Development, bringing a fresh perspective to the team. This role offers the chance to work with a global business, supporting sites worldwide.
Key Responsibilities in this HR Advisor role:
Supporting managers with Employee Relation issues, ensuring compliance
Escalating cases where to required to the People Manager
Supporting with recruitment processes
Supporting HR Projects including absence management and occupational health referrals
Supporting with Internal Communications
HR Administration as requiredCandidate Requirements:
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a HR Assistant/ Advisor role
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
Experience in supporting and advising managers with employee relations i.e absence management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a wider team likewise with autonomySalary: up to £30,000pa
Location: Stafford
Working hours: 7.30am - 4pm or 8am - 4.30pm (3pm finish on a Friday)
