Key Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone, taking messages, and directing calls and inquiries for all offices
Assisting with the onboarding of new projects
Providing administrative support to project teams, including formatting, typing, and collating documents
Supporting the Management System Team with administrative tasks
Assisting with facilities management
Helping the CPD team with training administration
Maintaining office supplies
Monitoring inboxes
Managing and processing documents, including filing both digital and physical records
Archiving company documents
Experience and Skills Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent skill level in the use of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
Excellent skill level in the use of Adobe Pro
Excellent organisational / time management skills
Commitment to continual improvement at a personal and company level
