MUST ideally live local due to public transport restrictions and have Sales Experience
Based - Solihull
Salary - £12.00 to £12.50 per hour + Commission averaging £3500 per year
Term - Temp to Perm after 12 weeks
Working Hours - Full Time or Part Time flexible hours available
Start Date - ASAP
Job Specification
As an Internal Sales Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.
Duties and responsibilities: Working on behalf of the client and reporting directly to the Owner/Sales Director you will be contacting a targeted list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments to further grow our client base.
You will be part of a friendly team of at least 3 other Internal Sales Executives who will work alongside you. It is a great supportive team to work for. One with high importance to the company. The appointment you book will hopefully eventually become working campaigns for our telemarketing team to fulfil.
You will be:
• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Explaining our services and how we can add value to other businesses.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
• Researching for new leads.
• Keeping up to date with competitor offers and services.
Skills and experience:
• experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
• Able to achieve a dial target of approx. 20 calls per hour.
• Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Work well within a team and as an individual
• Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
