Duties to include:
Making appointments - this involves calling the clients and booking appointments on via the In-House Portal
Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients so a positive attitude is always required
Sending out reports - this involves proofreading the simpler of the reports and issuing an invoice you will therefore need a keen eye for detail.

Excellent IT knowledge including MS Office packages

Polished and well presented with an excellent telephone manner
You must be able to get to Wilmslow daily to the office to be considered for this role. The role is fully office based in a friendly sociable team. Hours are 8am-4pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Please note there is no parking on site but the office is easily commutable by public transport or parking is a 5 min walk to the office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and excellent telephone/admin skills.
Full training will be provided.so the ability to pick things up quickly is essential and of course attention to detail is key in this role.
