This role will require you to understand the Group's differing businesses, their activities, ownership, strategies, targets, income streams, costs, cashflow, and taxation; to process the Group Finance team transactions, assist in the preparation and analysis of management reporting, and carry out reconciliations; to influence decisions, improve processes; and to work with the Finance team on the financial operations of the Group.

Description
Part Time Accounts Assistant:
Weekly bank runs
Bank reconciliations
Inter-company transactions
Posting receipts/rent receipts
Setting up bank payments
Assisting with the smooth running of the Operations finance department
General finance administrationProfile
Part Time Accounts Assistant:
Reconciliations experience
Working knowledge of excel
Good understanding of Accounting/Bookkeeping
AAT would be advantageous
Experience in a group entity
Use of Qube would be advantageous
Driving license with access to a car due to locationJob Offer
Circa £27k FTE
25-30 Hours (across 5 days)
Flexible working available, although office presence is preferred
