Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing house building projects, with a proven ability to oversee financial aspects and deliver successful outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the financial management of house building projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.

Prepare and present cost reports and financial statements to senior management.

Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Liaise with site managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Demonstrate commercial acumen to ensure projects are profitable and financially viable.
