Banking VAP Team Leader
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Value Added Packing (VAP) team
This role involves managing personnel, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency (by both time and cost measure) and quality within the packing operations.
Ensuring productivity and adherence to production and delivery schedules
The work environment/ Equipment and Tools:

Packing stations – factory manual packing / assembly work-centres: make boxes, pack bank cards into packs, match bank card to delivery address, seal, label and post. Record output.

Liaison with upstream processes for cards. Liaison with production manager, product owner for product specifications, quality team for quality stds. logistics teams for material supply and replenishment.

Material storage units, high frequency material replenishment

Envelope printer, ink cartridge and quality monitoring

Envelope sealers, water and cleaning

Skills and experience required:
4 years professional experience
2 years leadership experience
