Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the Gloucester area and we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Hotel Front Office Manager to join the team on an immediate basis for an ongoing placement, that has the potential to lead to permanent for the right candidate.

What's involved?
As Front Office Manager, you will be supporting the General Manager as well ensuring the smooth operation of the Front desk and managing plus motivating the Front Office team to provide a high standard of service. You will be expected to cover Duty Management shifts and handle any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will be fully conversant in Hotel Fire & Security procedures, have excellent interpersonal skills and be self-confident as well as a commercial savvy. Also knowledgeable on Guestline/Rezlynx is essential and immediately available with no prior commitments such as holidays or notice.
