Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a self-starting sales professional, you will have the opportunity to generate significant income through a competitive commission structure, plus additional benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and market trends.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and networking.
Sales Reporting: Accurately record and report sales activities and outcomes.
Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the Manager to improve processes and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Proven track record: Previous experience of meeting up with set targets within a similar role.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A laptop to type reports and send emails
A mobile phone to use to make calls
