As an Internal Sales/Account Manager, you will be required to:
-
Maintain and expand relationships with the customer base.

Manage around 100 to 200 customers.

Understand clients' requirements.

Identify and achieve sales upsell and cross-sell quotas.

Meet retention objectives.
-
Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.

Lead the customer account planning cycle.

Ensure assigned customer's needs and expectations are met.
Candidate:

Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment
-
Strong track record working in a customer satisfaction role
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate efforts across various teams
