ARE YOU A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ENGINEER OR SITE SERVICES MAINTENANCE ENGINEER WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A MANUFACTURING PLANT?
Facilities Maintenance Engineer required for a well established company who are currently experiencing a phase of growth and investment on site.
The role would suit candidates from ANY facilities maintenance background, you will ideally be multi skilled and competent working on mechanical and electrical machinery. You must be able to fault find on 415V electrical distribution systems. Engineers will ideally have a 17th Edition or 18th Edition qualification.
Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining capital equipment on site to ensure that site services are at an optimum and compliment production. You will be working on; rotating equipment such as pumps and fans, Compressors, Steam boilers, Refrigeration plant, Water purification systems (to USP 24), HVAC, Nitrogen plant, Waste water treatment, Evaporative cooling systems, Utilities distribution networks. As part of your role you will be required to update records and maintenance on the CMMS system. You will work to strict H&S guidelines amongst a specialised team.
The role is varied, where no two days will be the same. You will benefit from working within a state of the art manufacturing facility.
Facilities Maintenance Engineer:
*Mechanical Maintenance
*Electrical Maintenance including working on HV power systems
*Working on a wide range of site services equipment
*Reactive, Pre-planned and CI projects
*Monday to Friday. Double Days. On Call 1 in 4 Weeks. Occasional Weekend work required.
Facilities Maintenance Engineer:
*Can transfer from any facilities maintenance or site services background
*Must be competent mechanically and electrically
*Will ideally have a 17th of 18th Edition qualification or equivalent
*Must be flexible to cover shifts/weekend work when required
