Tallgrass Recruitment is excited to offer a Bridging Advisor position for a prestigious financial services company based in Warrington. This role has arisen due to significant business growth, and we are seeking experienced advisors to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Proactively contact a portfolio of fact-find leads generated through our online Bridging platform.

Customer Assessment: Assess customer applications and provide high-quality, tailored recommendations in line with the company's Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.

Advisory Services: Offer informed advice on second charge mortgage options using the company’s innovative in-house software.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations and lender criteria to ensure accurate guidance.

Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process.

Performance Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with case managers to support customer applications.

Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by suggesting and implementing new ideas and processes.
Requirements:

Qualifications: CeMAP qualification with experience in Bridging advice.
