Overview
We are working with an established Lettings Agency who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their tea at their Leicester office.
The role would ideally suit applicants with an Estate Agency or Lettings Background, however the company are happy to consider trainees with previous experience in professional customer service or sales, such as Call Centre, Account Management or Telesales.
Job duties and responsibilities;
Property Viewings:

Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing available properties.

Highlight key features, answer questions, and address any concerns.
Client Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Understand their needs, preferences, and requirements.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process.
Negotiation:
Administration:

Handle paperwork related to tenancy agreements, deposits, and references.

Maintain accurate records of property details and client interactions.
Team Collaboration:
Market Awareness:

Stay informed about local property market trends.

Understand rental values, demand, and supply.
Requirements:

Transferable skills in Customer Service or Sales (e.g., Call Centre, Account Management, Telesales etc).

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Enthusiasm for the property industry.
