2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Norwich
Salary: £30,000 to £36,000
Working Pattern: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite
An opportunity has opened for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join an IT Managed Service Provider company based in the outskirts of Norwich. The ideal candidate will have a background working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer (MSP experience is a bonus but not essential). You will also have experience of supporting windows operating systems and servers.
The company are offering a wide range of benefits including working remotely 3 days a week after you have successfully completed your probationary period.
What they’re looking for:

A background working within 1st and 2nd line IT support

Strong communication skills and phone manner

Software and Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance experience

Office 365, Windows OS, severs, DNS experience

Any MSP experience would be a bonus
2nd Line IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

Supporting windows operating systems and servers

Office 365 administration and user accounts

Communicating effectively with customers ensuring ticketing systems are up to date

IT Hardware builds

Sever maintenance
-
Networking and WiFi troubleshooting
