Senior Facilities Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Facilities Manager to join a leading team in East London. As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and operations of the facility to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for all occupants.
Duties:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold compliance, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Address complaints promptly, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders including residents, clients, and contractors.
Manage budget allocation, cost control measures, and service charge setting; present financial reports.
Supervise and train on-site staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure team effectiveness.
Investigate incidents or issues, providing timely responses to emergency queries.
Monitor and oversee external contractors, issue work orders, and ensure quality work completion within budget constraints.
Perform risk assessments, routine testing, and health & safety checks diligently.
Experience:
Profound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
Proven experience in budget management.
Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams effectively.
Excellent IT proficiency.
Highly organised with the ability to maintain administrative tasks efficiently under deadlines.
