Our Benson based client is working with us to find a skilled, experienced Secretary/PA to work with them in their office for 6 hours a week to be worked over 2 days.
This is a great role for someone who really wants to be involved in the business and take an interest, a role where your contribution will be genuinely valued.
The work will be varied administration/secretarial tasks including:
Dealing with/ replying to correspondence
Writing business emails
Diary Management
Arranging/booking meetings
Ad hoc admin support duties to keep the business running smoothly
Ideal Candidates
Will have recent experience in a similar secretarial/PA/Administration role
Will be confident, competent users of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Will be interested in the job and really want to be involved
Be accurate and detail conscious with good keyboard skills
Will be commercially aware and experienced in business efficiency
Will be good communicators both on the phone and in writing,
Will live locally
