Role Overview: The role is based on site in Southall and is paying a salary in the region of £37,000 for the right candidate. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for delivering and managing the PPM process for site, including managing external contractors and a small internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee health and safety in communal areas and apartments.
Lead and motivate the maintenance team.
Provide general maintenance support and delegate tasks.
Schedule the monthly rota for the maintenance team.
Manage the maintenance inventory.
Report defects and incidents.
Carry out and record results of routine checks.
Train and induct new team members.
Manage external contractor relationships and onsiteRisk Management:
Facilitate risk assessments and routine risk management tasks.
Complete risk actions and equipment testing.Customer Service:
Act as an ambassador of the brand, excelling in customer service.
Interact with residents in an enthusiastic and empathetic manner.Financial Management:
Support the team with financial management of the development.Compliance:
