Anderson Knight are recruiting a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Adviser to join our clients Human Resources team. This role will be based onsite full time with some travel involved.
As a Senior HR Adviser, ayou will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR guidance and support to the organisation. You will be responsible for advising on complex employee relations issues, implementing HR policies, and contributing to the development of HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and lead change.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.

Support the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and create programmes to address skill gaps and promote career growth.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programmes, and organisational development initiatives.

Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Provide coaching and mentoring to junior HR team members.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Key Criteria:

Proven experience as an HR Adviser or in a similar senior HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
