Ideally looking for candidates with previous experience within data entry and / or administration
Role Responsibilities:

Download invoices and additional related information from designated online portals

Save documents into appropriately labelled company folders and locations
-
Enter detailed information from invoices into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
-
Ensure all data entered is correct and complete, following company data entry standards

Organise and maintain electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and reference

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the department

Communicate effectively with team members
Requirements:

GCSE’S or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
