We are looking for candidate who can provide efficient and effective administrative support to a team of Account Managers for a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Woking.

Job Description
Ensuring that all technical administrative tasks are processed efficiently and accurately.
Utilising the technical information provided to prepare quotations for clients.
Following up on quotations and responding to client queries promptly and professionally, both over the phone and via e-mail.
Ensuring quotations and other associated documentation is correctly saved and uploaded to Workbooks CRM.
Liaising with contractors to obtain status updates for projects.
Ensuring a smooth handover of information internally to the delivery / Project Management team.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience of working in a technical administrator or similar role within an engineering / manufacturing company would be ideal but is not essential.
A practical / technical aptitude.
Strong administrative abilities, with outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
A proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative.
