Maintenance Sales Manager (Fire & Security)

A provider of the full range of preplanned fire and security maintenance services for commercial and industrial businesses operating across the UK. Working in a wide range of market sectors ranging from retail to manufacturing. Due to growth of the business and planned investment into the maintenance sector they are seeking to recruit an individual to lead their maintenance sales across the UK.
What will the Maintenance Sales Manager do:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join thier team, specialising in selling fire and security maintenance contracts that include a combination of CCTV, fire alarm, access control and intruder alarm systems.

Monthly forecasting and projections for both contracted works and new business.
What you will need:

Customer focused - deeply understands the customer and works to meet their needs and align our services. Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and resilience

Knowledge of Fire Systems and associated systems, and relevant equipment, security systems knowledge would be advantageous.

Credibility within the marketplace, both internal and external

Commercial acumen and results driven

Proven ability to represent the Company at the most senior levels in client companies, i.e. presentations, written and verbal.

Ability to anticipate needs, take the initiative and identify areas of growth opportunity

Excellent organisation skills with good use of time management to meet deadlines

Ability to manage pipeline and work with the Sales Manager to provide accurate forecasts

Full UK Driving License
Experience
-
Minimum 12 months in a field sales role, preferably B2B environment

Proven track record in sales, preferably in service sales contracts or a related field.

Demonstrated capability in understanding technical aspects of services/products and translating them into client benefits
