Up to £65,000 depending on experience

15% bonusThe company has made significant investments in IT Services and is embarking on two large enterprise-scale projects. This role requires a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Application Support Analyst to work closely with the IT team, ensuring governance, troubleshooting, service level management reporting, and supplier engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Liaison: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Workflow Configuration: Design and configure workflows to integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications.
Troubleshooting: Resolve application issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance current processes to maximise efficiency.
Service Readiness: Ensure systems and processes are prepared to support operations.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and training to users.
