Major Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join our client in Erith. They are a warehousing and logistics business specialising in the independent drinks industry.
As an Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the distribution process and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Processing orders and managing customer accounts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Administration:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Providing administrative support to the sales and distribution teams.
Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely distribution.
Resolving delivery issues and discrepancies.
Previous experience in a warehousing, distribution, or logistics environment is advantageous
Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00
Pay: £12.50 per hour, Temp to Perm.
