What will you be doing?
• You will be working within the in-house legal team,
• Assisting with legal work loads; reviewing and drafting agreements such as basic non-disclosure consultancy agreements,
• Carrying out legal research,
• Attending committee meetings and taking minutes when needed,
• Assisting the senior team members with their workload; project work, corporate governance, corporate structuring & execution.
Where will you be doing it?

What you'll need:
• A Law degree with LLB Hons 2:1 or above,
• An interest in becoming a Commercial Lawyer in the energy sector,
• Experience working in a corporate environment,
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
