Our client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident and reliable person who is committed to exceptional customer service. Someone with excellent interpersonal skills effectively communicating with cusotomers you will need a good standard of education and will want a position that offers a challenge and the use of initiative.
To fulfil the role of the Customer Service Assistant you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to promote the Company’s products and services. You will also provide an efficient cashiering service to our customers. Whilst customer service experience would be preferred, it is not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate.
You will be expected to collaborate and support your colleagues, across a broad range of tasks within the team.
The role will include:-
• Supporting the Branch Manager in delivering Branch goals and sales targets through generating leads for new business, promoting high standards of customer service, creating a real culture of high performance and involvement in the local community
• To maintain a thorough working knowledge of regulatory requirements and codes of practice within the Branch.
It is important the successful candidate is confident to make sound judgements based on their proven skills and experience and has the ability to act on their own initiative.
