We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join a friendly finance team based in Whiteley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or someone with 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable to gain a comprehensive introduction to Management Accounting within the construction industry.
What you'll be doing:
Process invoices and review invoices on hold
Liaising with suppliers on invoice queries
Processing and checking sub-contractor payments
Perform bank reconciliations
Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc duties, and pick up skills such as Management Accounts, Balance Sheet reconciliation and Cash Flow Forecasting

The ideal candidate will:
Be a school leaver with a strong academic background or have 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
Possess excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be eager to learn, develop, and progress within a growing company.
