Ideally the person should be able to use microsoft packages - outlook, word, excel
Experience using Clik CRM software would be ideal.
Duties:

Raising job folders, keeping installation files for all jobs up to date

Raising jobs on Clik entering pricing, raise PO's against jobs

Check supplier invoice pricing against raised PO's

Entering commissioning sheets, send to customers

Recording FGAS – Experience would be preferred

Booking training courses for Engineers, making sure certificates/licences don’t expire

Booking accommodation for Engineers when appropriate

Manage ISO 9001

Answering incoming calls
