Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division now have a fantastic opportunity for a confident Head of HR to join a national manufacturing company based in Leeds.
The post holder will be a confident HR expert promoting Business Partnering approach to develop relationships, design and deliver planned HR activities and priorities for the HR function to provide a seamless, first-class HR service.

This is a key position in driving forward a comprehensive HR & Payroll service across the Group, providing a first-class HR service at all times.
Key responsibilities of the Head of HR include:
Proactively develop strong working relationships with key internal / external stakeholders, including the Executive Team to promote good employee relations and build the credibility of the HR function, acting as the most senior level of HR support in the business and be a trusted expert on all HR matters
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert on all HR matters
Lead the HR & Payroll function, taking ownership of streamlining processes to ensure successful future growth plans
Provide specialist Employee Relations advice, delivering pragmatic outcomes successfully
HR project work tasks to support the business turnaround agenda, taking both a lead role and delegating to other team members as required
Key Skills & Experience needed:
Level 7 CIPD qualified as a minimum
Previous experience at Management level within a fast-moving process driven organisation
Experience in a manufacturing background
Proven experience of managing a HR Function / Team
