New Business Development Manager – Carton Packaging

As a Carton Salesperson, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting and selling carton packaging solutions to clients. Your ability to understand customer needs, communicate effectively, and drive sales will be essential.
To thrive in this role, you must have proven experience in B2B sales within the packaging industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated and results-oriented, familiar with CRM software and have the flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify potential clients and generate leads within the carton packaging industry.
Understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Present carton packaging solutions to clients, emphasizing benefits and value.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to meet client requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of various carton types (corrugated, folding cartons, etc.).
Stay informed about innovations in carton design, sustainability, and printing techniques.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of different carton solutions.
