This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and success care provider with homes located across the south of the country. We're seeking an experienced Home Manager for this 60-bedded, bright modern and highly regarded care home.
Requirements
L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification
Experience of successfully managing a residential care home for older people
Proven ability in budget preparation and control
Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation
Positive and engaging leadership
Responsibilities
Maintaining the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needs. Achieve and maintain Good CQC outcomes
Providing staff with guidance, support, advice and training
Manage and be accountable for the home's income and expenditure budgets
Ensure that systems are used effectively to monitor the quality of service provision
Motivate and manage staff team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines
Remuneration
Salary offered at £67,500 + car
Exceptional annual leave entitlement
